How do I transfer my phone number to ViaTalk?
To initiate your request to transfer your current phone number, please fill out our Letter Of Authorization and fax it, along with the other carrier's most recent phone bill or account management page, to 1-518-836-0226.
You can also scan the completed Letter of Authorization and phone bill and email them to loas@viatalk.com
These documents will need to be in PDF format. Each attachment emailed to this address will need to be sent in a separate email.
*Please note: The name on the LOA must match the name on the phone bill or account management page.
